  1. Movement - Natural forms of exercise: from walking to the shops, to gardening, or dancing with friends 💃

  2. Purpose - Know why you get up every morning

  3. Slow down - A conscious, purposeful routine to dissipate stress

  4. 80% Rule - Eat until you’re 80% full and not too late

  5. Eat mostly plant foods - from vegetables to whole grains, beans and pulses

  6. Wine - A small glass with friends - not all at once!

  7. Belonging - Spiritual connection and faith

  8. Loved ones first - Strong relationships with our nearest and dearest

  9. Right Tribe - our social networks shape our health behaviours, so choose your tribe wisely
