What’s your strategy to “survive the grind” until the next break?

Or maybe you decided to transport a pinch of that holiday feeling into your every day? 


During holidays you set some priorities just for you:

☀️  Sleep - and plenty of it!

☀️  Focus on your wants and needs - space to destress

☀️  Fun with family and friends - seems so much easier when we’re relaxed and the sun shines

☀️  Great food - so much delicious fresh food to try  - so simple to make healthy choices

☀️  Enjoying movement and exercise - beach swims, hikes, exploring new places

☀️  Change of environment = change of perspective


Stop and consider

STOP. Just for a moment consider:

➡️ What from your holidays could revive your habitual routines?

➡️ Which tidbit from your summer could brighten the day to day regularity?

➡️ Or maybe it’s a certain value, belief or internal sensation or feeling you’d like more, or even less, of?
