Yes: a metaphor just in time for the autumnal days.
Recently I was finally in the garden to tend to the many weeds that had crept in. And to compost the many fallen leaves that had served their duty during the summer, ready to be repurposed in the soil.
Earlier, I had planted some lovely greenery but due to the overgrown weeds, it was not thriving.

đ It made me reflect on our own mental and emotional weeds:Â
So very often we learn new skills, commit to a new mindset, but then life gets busy and these pesky old habits or beliefs, our weeds, creep back in and double down.
đĄ Wouldnât it be more fruitful if we set aside just a few minutes every day to tend to our weeds? To loosen the soil, water our new commitments, new motivations and new habits, so that they set root and grow?
đ What are the weeds youâd like to have less of in your life?
đ Which beliefs are perhaps outlived, outdated, and only serve to clutter your inner space?
đ And what tiny habits could you commit to in order for sustainable change to occur?
đOr maybe itâs time to get together and invest in some inner de-cluttering?
If so, I invite you to connect.
