đȘ And just like that my daughter finished her school life; a key milestone not only in her life.
We are incredibly proud of who she is, what she values and stands for. Her insights, compassion and generosity seem the fundamental values we need more of in this world.

â±ïž This milestone brought home the preciousness of time together with those we hold dear, of the conscious presence and active attention we give when we get the chance.
Too often our focus drifts to âmore pressing mattersâ. And then we blink and that opportunity, that moment, is gone.
Sometimes me miss many of these moments. Or worse still project our frustrations from our daily struggles onto our most dearest.
âïž As parents (partners, friends), we ride a fine balancing act between our pushes and pulls, sometimes feeling like we short change everybody in the process, including ourselves.
đ But...
What if we reframed our priorities or perhaps even our mindset?
What if we focused on quality not quantity?
What if we accepted that not everything can be perfect?
What if we learnt to take small moments, even a breath, to consider our choices?
