Let’s talk your mental flossing routine.

Yes. Just like flossing our teeth, mental flossing ensures we keep sane and fine tuned. It ensures we focus clearly, tap into creative thinking & it even boosts our immunity.


Yes. I am serious.

So is the research!

Looking after our mental health is not an optional extra, like leather seats in a car.


Did you know? A regular conscious routine with a good measure of discipline & consistency are key to long term vitality. 

Think stress reduction & self management.


The good news: There is no one size fits all prescription! You decide.


Most people I meet have dabbled in meditation, others tweaked their exercise routines to allow for more mental and emotional regeneration. 🌳


From experience: small chunks everyday prove more effective and sustainable than bigger chunks a few times per week.


Some best practice options:

❇️ Active breathing routine (or regular quickies dotted in the day)

❇️ Journalling - from gratitude, to daily focus, reflection, or vomit journaling 

❇️ Meditation 

❇️ Mindful movement (eg walk, ride or run in nature, yoga)
